1. Who we are
Vraj Naturals (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website. Add the full legal name of the responsible business and a monitored privacy contact before publication.
2. Information you provide
If you place an order or request a subscription, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Payment authorisation is handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, process payment authorisations, coordinate fulfilment, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. If you start but do not complete checkout, we may use your checkout email to send one reminder after 24 minutes. This is a service message about the checkout you started. We do not use this as consent for promotional marketing. Do not use customer information for marketing without an appropriate lawful basis and consent where required.
4. Payment and service providers
Payment-related information is processed by the payment provider. Our website is designed not to store card or bank credentials. Confirm which information is sent to Razorpay and what records are retained there before launch.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Document the actual retention and access-control practices before publication.
6. Your choices and rights
For requests concerning personal information, contact the business using the verified contact details published on this website. Applicable rights and response timelines depend on the relevant law.
7. Children
This website is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate involvement and authorisation of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
9. The Vraj Circle
If you submit the Vraj Circle form, the name, email address and mobile number you provide, your marketing choice, and basic submission details such as the page and time are sent to Vraj Naturals through Google Apps Script and recorded in a Google spreadsheet. A signup notification is also sent to Vraj Naturals. The optional marketing checkbox covers occasional updates and offers by both email and WhatsApp. If you leave it unchecked, we record that you did not opt in and do not send promotional messages through those channels. Email info@vrajnaturals.com to update or withdraw your preference or request deletion of your signup details. We are finalising a retention schedule for these records.
10. Contact
Privacy contact: info@vrajnaturals.com. Add the verified legal business address before publication.
