These terms apply to use of the Vraj Naturals website and any purchases or subscription services offered through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms shown at checkout.
2. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, pack sizes and prices accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly. Check product labels and packaging for final ingredient, allergen, storage and shelf-life information.
3. Prices and payment
Prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes and payment terms must be displayed before an order is confirmed. Payments and recurring authorisations may be processed by Razorpay or another clearly disclosed provider. Do not launch until the payment flow and final prices have been tested.
4. Orders and availability
An order is subject to product availability and acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material price error is identified, we will contact the customer and explain the available options, including a refund where appropriate. If you provide an email address and start but do not complete checkout, we may send one reminder email about that checkout after 24 minutes. This is a checkout service message, not a marketing subscription; you can ignore it if you no longer wish to continue.
5. Recurring subscriptions
Subscriptions require explicit customer authorisation through the payment provider. Before authorisation, customers must see the recurring amount, frequency, billing terms, any shipping charges, and instructions for cancelling or changing a subscription. Razorpay subscriptions have a fixed billing period shown at checkout. 6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates, serviceable locations, damaged-item reporting, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns page and applicable law. Finalise those policies before accepting payments.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information or attempt unauthorised access.
8. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Insert the appropriate governing law, dispute process and legal business details after legal review.
